We want you to love every WobbleBug product. If something's not right, we'll make it right 🤍
Our promise
If you change your mind, your baby doesn't take to it, or it's not quite the right fit, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund.
How to return
1. Email us at info@wobblebug.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you return instructions and a return address within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible
4. Send it back using a tracked shipping service
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
For items that arrive damaged or defective, we cover return shipping costs and either send a replacement or refund you in full.
Condition of returned items
For hygiene reasons, returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Items showing significant wear may receive a partial refund at our discretion. Original tags and packaging help ensure a smooth refund process.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Items we cannot accept
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the buyer
- Items without original packaging where this affects resaleability
- Gift cards
Damaged or defective items
If your WobbleBug arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund (including any return shipping) as quickly as possible.
UK statutory rights
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which give UK customers a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt of goods to cancel an order. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
