Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship worldwide. Most orders go to the UK, US, Canada, and Europe, but we'll deliver to almost any address.

Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on every order, every time. No minimum spend.

Delivery times
After dispatch (usually within 1-2 business days of order placement), you can expect your WobbleBug to arrive within:

- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days
- United States: 7-12 business days
- Canada: 10-14 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on courier, customs, or local postal delays.

Tracking
Every order ships with tracked delivery. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.

Order processing
Orders placed before 12:00 GMT on a business day are usually processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 GMT, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Customs and duties
For international orders outside the UK, customs charges, import duties, or local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges (if any) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We can update an address before dispatch if you contact us promptly at info@wobblebug.com, but we cannot redirect orders that have already been shipped.

Delayed or lost orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please email us with your order number and tracking link. We'll investigate with the courier and either resend or refund as appropriate.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
